Privacy Policy

Last updated: draft

Draft, pending final review before launch. The wording below is a working outline and is not yet the binding version.

This policy explains what personal data Vouch processes, why, and the choices you have. It applies to myvouch.io and the Vouch browser extension.

What we collect

Account details (email, name), the CV, documents and answers you provide, the job postings you work on, and product usage. If you take a voice interview, we process the call audio and its transcript.

How we use it

To run the service: score matches, tailor CVs and cover letters, prepare interviews, and improve your results. We do not sell your personal data.

Voice interviews and recordings

Voice interviews are recorded and transcribed so the insights can feed your applications. The final retention period and how to delete a recording will be stated here.

Processors we use

We share data only with the providers that run the service on our behalf: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Vapi and ElevenLabs (voice calls), Anthropic (the AI that writes and interviews), and PostHog (product analytics). Each processes data under its own terms and only as needed to provide its part of the service.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. You can delete your account from Settings, or contact us.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards. The exact periods will be confirmed here before launch.

UK representative

As a company established outside the UK, we will name our UK GDPR Article 27 representative here.
