What it is
A drop-in widget that lets your users check whether an applicant tracking system can read their CV, scored out of 100 with specific fixes. It runs entirely in the visitor's browser: no upload, no login, no cost, and their CV never leaves the page. You embed it with a single line, it renders inside your page under your layout, and every "go deeper" click sends the user to Vouch tagged as coming from you.

What your users get
This is the output, and the output is the point. After a user drops in their CV, they get a score out of 100 with a plain-English finding and a concrete fix for every issue. Each check is weighted by how badly it breaks ATS parsing: a missing text layer (a scanned CV) costs the most, unreadable section headings and dates next, file type least. Parseable employment dates
Dates are year-only (e.g. "2020-2023"). ATS date-mapping needs a month to place roles on a timeline.
Fix · Use full month-year ranges, e.g. "Jan 2020 - Mar 2023".
Standard section headings
Found "Experience" and "Education", but "Career Journey" is a heading the field-mapper may not recognise.
Fix · Rename creative headings to the standard ones (Work Experience, Education, Skills).
Single-column layout
Signals of a two-column layout were detected, which some parsers read in the wrong order.
Fix · Move to a single-column layout so text is read top-to-bottom.
Machine-readable text layer
A clean text layer was found: an ATS can read every word of this CV.
Contact details detected
Email and phone number were found in a parseable block near the top.
Reasonable length
612 words: within the range recruiters and parsers expect for a 2-page CV.
ATS-friendly file type
PDF with a real text layer: accepted by every major ATS.
